​NxtGov is a California 501(c)6 organization that leverages the knowledge and passion of its members to build a community of change agents that are ready to innovate the public sector. We serve the community, inspire, and equip people to enter into public service careers while also helping people grow in their public service careers.

​We are entering a high growth period with big plans to expand our services and enhance the support we can provide to our members and the public. We can't do it without your support!
